Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G is set to launch on May 10 in China. The company has been teasing the launch of its top-end number series smartphone in China. Realme has already revealed the design and key specifications of the upcoming number series smartphone before its China launch. Ahead of the official debut, Realme has confirmed that the 11 Pro+ 5G will launch globally soon.

The Realme Global Twitter handle has teased the mid-range smartphone launch in India. Realme has not revealed the launch date for the global markets. However, the company has teased the possibility of a new camera feature coming soon to the 11 Pro Plus 5G. Let’s look at the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G specifications, features, and other details.

Realme 11 Pro+ 5G Global Launch Teaser Reveals New Camera Feature

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G will launch in China on May 11. The company has now also confirmed the global launch of the number series phone. Realme Global’s teaser image hints at the 200MP primary camera sensor that is confirmed to feature in the Chinese variant of the phone. It would not be surprising if the global variant also gets the same primary camera sensor.

The teaser also hints at the introduction of zoom in the 11 Pro Plus. The Realme 6 Pro, back in the day, came with a 12MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom for under Rs 20,000 in India. With the 11 Pro Plus 5G, the company might take its zoom feature a notch higher. In addition, a Realme executive had teased the support for Moon mode in the 11 Pro+ 5G. However, it is unknown if the triple-camera setup will feature a dedicated telephoto camera or some software-driven moon mode that relies on the main camera.

Realme has not confirmed any details about the phone’s India launch timeline. Meanwhile, the company has already confirmed the design of the device. It has a faux leather back with golden and silver stitching at the centre. A massive circular camera module is on the back for the triple-camera setup with a 200MP main camera. The primary sensor supports optical image stabilisation (OIS).

Realme has also confirmed that the phone features a 120Hz curved AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. The device is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display. It was s spotted on Geekbench with a Dimensity 7050 SoC, essentially a rebadged version of the Dimensity 1080 SoC. The phone will launch with 8GB of RAM. It will boot Android 13 out of the box and have a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top.

The device is also tipped to pack a beefy 5000mAh battery. The charging department will get an upgrade this time. Realme is tipped to launch the phone with 100W fast charging out of the box. The phone’s rear camera setup will also feature an 8MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, there will be a 16MP front camera.
