For starters, the company revealed the design of the phone, which confirmed a curved rear panel made of vegan leather materials. It also revealed the display and camera specs of the phone.
Realme was expected to launch the phone at the end of this year in India as a successor to the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G. However, it looks like the launch of the 11 Pro+ 5G might happen sooner than expected in India. Realme India has teased the launch of the 11 Pro+ on Twitter.
Realme took to Twitter to ask its India followers whether 200MP camera sensors are a marketing gimmick. The image is attached with a caption that reads: 200 MP by itself only gets you so far. For the uninitiated, Realme has confirmed that the 11 Pro+ 5G will feature a 200MP main camera sensor. The device will come with a Samsung HP3 sensor on the back. The teaser post might be firing shots at other 200MP smartphones, including the rival Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G, which also features a 200MP camera sensor. Alongside, the teaser coming from the official Realme India Twitter handle hints at an imminent launch of the number series smartphone.

The Realme 11 Pro+ is confirmed to feature a curved AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The chin will be only 2.33mm thick. While the official teaser does not reveal the display size, the phone is tipped to sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution.
On the back, the phone is confirmed to feature a 200MP triple-camera setup. There will be an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. Realme has confirmed to launch the phone with a new Moon mode, a feature that uses the 200MP main camera sensor.
There will be a 5000mAh battery under the hood. The phone is also confirmed to offer 100W fast charging support, which is an upgrade over the outgoing model. It will weigh about 183 grams.
Realme 11 Pro+ was spotted on Geekbench with a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC. The chip is a rebranded version of the Dimensity 1080 SoC. It was listed on Geekbench with 12GB of RAM. We can expect the phone to launch with up to 256GB of storage. The listing also revealed that the 11 Pro+ 5G runs Android 13 out of the box and is likely to feature Realme UI 4.0 on top.
