Realme 11 series will launch in China on May 10. The company will launch the Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G as its new number-series premium smartphone in China. Realme has already started teasing the specifications and features of the upcoming 11 Pro+ 5G. The device will launch with an all-new design. There is a massive camera module on the back for the triple-camera setup. Realme has also revealed the display details of the phone. The company, however, has remained quiet about the performance unit. Fortunately, thanks to a Geekbench listing, we know the processor details of the 11 Pro+ 5G.
The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G will feature a MediaTek Dimensity SoC under the hood. The listing also reveals the RAM and software details of the phone. Let’s take a look at the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G specifications, features and other details.
Realme 11 Pro+ 5G Geekbench Listing Confirms Key Specs
The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G will be an upper mid-range smartphone in China. The device has been spotted on Geekbench with the model number RMX3740. According to the listing, the 11 Pro Plus 5G draws power from a MediaTek MT6877V/TTZA SoC. It is essentially the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, which will be rebranded as Dimensity 7050 SoC. The SoC details on MediaTek’s website are also similar to the Dimensity 1080 SoC. It has been rumoured that the Realme 11 Pro series will get a new Dimensity 7000 series SoC. Therefore, it could be possible that the 11 Pro+ 5G could feature the Dimensity 7050 SoC, which will be rebranded Dimensity 1080 SoC.
The SoC has two Arm Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.6GHz and six efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The CPU is paired with a Mali-G68 MC4 and 12GB of RAM. The device should be available with an 8GB RAM option as well. Realme might then make the phone available with 128GB and 256GB storage options.
The 11 Pro Plus 5G scored 838 and 2302 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. It is also running the latest Android 13 out of the box. The phone should be having a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top of Android.
Realme has already revealed that the phone has a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a 200MP main camera with support for optical image stabilisation (OIS). The camera setup is likely to include an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor.
The Sunrise City colour of the phone has a beige vegan leather back with gold and silver stitching at the centre. It will also sport a 120Hz curved AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. There will be a 61-degree curvature on the sides, similar to the 10 Pro+ 5G. The company did not reveal the display size but it is being rumoured that the 11 Pro Plus 5G will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display.
