The Realme 2 Pro features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with 2340×1080 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The smartphone features a waterdrop notch at the top. The Nokia 6.1 Plus features a smaller 5.8-inch IPS LCD screen with 2280×1080 pixels resolution, and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Nokia smartphone also comes with a notch at the top, which is a first from the HMD Global manufacturers. The Redmi Note 5 Pro boasts a 5.99-inch Full-Screen IPS LCD display with 2160×1080 full HD+ resolution, an 18:9 aspect ratio. Unlike the other two smartphones, the Xiaomi smartphone misses out on the notch.

Under the hood, the Realme 2 Pro is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor, combined with Adreno 512 for handling the graphics. The Nokia 6.1 Plus, on the other hand, is powered by a Snapdragon 636 processor and is coupled with Adreno 509 GPU. The Redmi Note 5 pro also packs the same processing unit under the hood. Besides a better processor, the Realme smartphone has an added advantage of 8GB RAM, that makes it an ideal smartphone for high-end gaming.

As for software, the Realme 2 Pro ships with Android 8.1 (Oreo) and so does the Nokia 6.1 Plus, but the latter is an Android One device and can be upgraded to Android 9.0 Pie. The Redmi Note 5 Pro ships with Android 7.1.2 (Nougat).
