Realme 3 Pro Gets 240fps Slow-Motion Video Recording, New Swipe Gestures with Latest OTA Update

Realme is rolling out a new OTA software update to the Realme 3 Pro. The update comes bearing the build number RMX1851EX_11_A.15, and it will be rolled out to all the Realme 3 Pro smartphones in India. The update, of course, will be rolled out in a phased manner. So, it might take some time for your smartphone to get the update. If you don’t want to wait for the OTA update to arrive, you can download the update file from Realme’s website, and install it manually; the procedure for which is mentioned on Realme’s forums.

The biggest feature this update brings is the 240FPS slow-motion video recording mode. However, Realme hasn’t revealed in which resolution will the 240FPS slow-motion work. The update adds a few new applications to your smartphone, such as Realme App Market, Realme Theme Store, and Realme Game Centre. The update also brings with it Android Security Patch for June 2019. Realme 3 Pro Price in India

There are three configurations to choose from for the Realme 3 Pro. The base variant of the smartphone has 4GB RAM + 64GB storage; it costs INR 13,999. The middle variant of the smartphone packs 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, and this one will cost you INR 15,999. The top of the line variant packs 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, and this model comes with a price tag of INR 16,999.

The Realme 3 Pro sports a 6.3-inch IPS LCD, and it has a Full HD+ resolution. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone has a 16MP primary camera and a 5MP depth-sensor at the rear, whereas, at the front, there is a 25MP camera. The rear camera can record 4K videos, while the front-facing camera can record Full HD videos.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC powered the Realme 3 Pro; it has eight Kryo 360 cores and Adreno 616 GPU. The smartphone ships with Android 9 Pie and the OS has ColorOS 6 customization over it. The phone is backed by a 4045mAh battery, and it has a 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging, making it the smartphone to feature the fastest charging rate in the segment.
