
Realme has announced it on its Indian forum that the brand is rolling out OTA software updates for three of its smartphones – Realme 5, Realme 3, and the Realme 3i – in India.
Realme 3 and Realme 3i: Software Update Changelog
The updated software’s version for the Realme 3 and the Realme 3i is RMX1821EX_11.A.24. The update size, however, is currently unknown. According to the brand, the update rollout is staged, and therefore, it might take some time for it to reach all the devices. If you haven’t received the update yet, you can install it manually by downloading the firmware file from Realme’s support page for the Realme 3.
While the update brings a lot of bug fixes, improvements, and features, the most significant thing that the update brings is system-wide Dark Mode. Here is a complete changelog of the update as posted by Realme on its forum.

For Realme 5, the latest software update is dubbed as RMX1911EX_11_A.18. The brand hasn’t revealed the update size yet. Just like with the Realme 3 and the Realme 3i, the update rollout for the Realme 5 is staged as well. Therefore, the update might take some time to reach all devices. However, if you cannot wait to try out the new software, you can install the update manually by downloading the firmware file from Realme 5’s official support page.
