Realme has launched a new 5G variant of the Realme 7 series. The budget 5G smartphone by Realme has debuted in the United Kingdom (UK) and comes packed with a different set of specifications compared to the Realme 7 4G that is available in India. Realme 7 5G comes with a 48MP quad-camera setup at the back, and a Mediatek Dimensity 800U processor for 5G. The handset comes with a hole-punch cutout on the display for the front-facing camera. Realme 7 5G has been launched in the European market. There is no word on the availability of the smartphone in India. Realme is currently selling the 4G variants of the Realme 7 series in India.

Realme 7 5G has been launched for EUR 279, which roughly translates to Rs 24,600 for the 6GB + 128GB storage configuration. The smartphone will be made available at a discounted price of EUR 229, which is roughly Rs 20,200, on Amazon UK as part of the Black Friday Sale.

Realme 7 5G features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD with a 1080 x 2340 resolution. The screen comes with support for a 120Hz high refresh rate and 180Hz touch-sampling rate. At the top-left corner of the display, there is a holed-punch cutout for the 16MP front camera.
Under the hood, the phone draws its power from a Mediatek Dimensity 800U processor for 5G network support, and a Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. Realme has launched the 5G variant in a single 6GB LPDDR4X RAM + 128GB UFS 2.1 storage configuration.
The smartphone packs a massive 5,000 mAh battery with support for 30W fast-charging.
For optics, the handset comes with a quad-camera setup. There is a 48MP primary lens, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP portrait camera sensor. A 16MP front camera inside the hole-punch display takes care of the selfies.
Connectivity options include dual-mode 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. The smartphone also comes with a 3.5mm headphones jack It also comes equipped with Dolby Atmos and High-res Audio.
There is no official word on the launch of Realme 7 5G in India.
