Realme 8 5G is set to launch on April 21 in Thailand. The company is expected to launch the smartphone in India on April 22. Ahead of the launch, the device has been spotted on the Google Play Console. The listing reveals some of the key specifications of the upcoming Realme smartphone. As per the Google Play Console listing, the phone will come with a MediaTek MT6882 SoC. It is the codename for the Dimensity 800 SoC. Realme 8 5G will launch in Thailand on April 21. Ahead of the launch, the phone is listed on the Google Play Console.

The listing reveals some key specs of the upcoming device. According to the Google Play Console listing, the upcoming Realme 5G smartphone will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC. The phone was spotted on Geekbench with a Dimensity 700 SoC. Moreover, it is being speculated that the phone is a rebadged Realme V13 5G.

It is paired with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 11 out of the box. The phone will boot on Realme UI 2.0.  The phone has a Full HD+ resolution display (1080 x 2400) with a 480PPI.

If the Realme 8 5G is indeed a rebranded V13 5G, then the phone will have a 6.5-inch 90Hz LCD. The Dimensity 700 SoC is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

In terms of optics, the phone will feature a 48MP triple-camera setup. There is a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
