The latest smartphone from the company comes with some interesting features like the Helio G96 processor, DRE technology, 120Hz display, and more. The Realme 8i comes with a glossy finish at the back panel and is available in two colour options including Space Black and Space Purple. The phone comes with a square-shaped camera module at the rear panel along with a punch-hole design at the front. The Redmi 10 Prime looks eerily similar to the Redmi Note 10 series and comes in White, Black, and Blue colour options. The phone houses a rectangular camera module at the rear panel, while the front features a punch-hole display. The Samsung Galaxy F22 comes with a similar design language as we have seen in other Samsung smartphones in a similar price point. You get a square-shaped camera module along with a waterdrop notch. The phone is available in Denim Blue and Denim Black paint jobs.

In terms of display, the Realme 8i comes packed with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. You also get a 180Hz touch sampling rate, 600 nits brightness, and 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut.
The Redmi 10 Prime is loaded with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The screen supports up to 90Hz of refresh rate. Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy F22 packs a 6.4-inch HD+ AMOLED display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate.

The Realme 8i is the first smartphone in India that comes loaded with the latest MediaTek Helio G96 processor. The phone is available with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 12GB of internal storage. Interestingly, just like its Realme 8s, you also get Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE) technology that allows you to virtually expand the RAM up to 11GB. It runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top of it.
Coming to Redmi 10 Prime, you get a MediaTek Helio G88 processor. The phone comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top of it. Lastly, we have the Samsung Galaxy F22. The handset features a MediaTek Helio G80 processor. It also comes with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. You also get OneUI 3.0, which is based on Android 11.

In terms of optics, the Realme 8i features a triple-camera setup with a combination of a 50MP primary lens, 2MP B&W portrait lens, and 2MP macro shooter. For the front, there is a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calling.
The Redmi 10 Prime is slight notch above as it features quad rear cameras. The handset packs a 50MP primary lens, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 2MP macro shooter, and 2MP depth sensor. However, on the front, you get an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The Samsung Galaxy F22 also comes with a quad-camera setup with a 48MP lens, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth shooter, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, there is a 13MP shooter.

The Redmi 10 Prime comes with a massive 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, while the Samsung Galaxy F22 also features a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. But sadly, for the latter, you only get a 15W charger in the box.

The phone comes with quad rear cameras, better battery backup, and more. The Samsung Galaxy F22 also seems to be a decent option for those who consider AMOLED screen matter irrespective of resolution and higher refresh rate.
