Realme 9 4G Moniker Confirmed, Listed on Multiple Certification Websites, Specifications Leaked: To Feature 48MP Rear Camera, 5,000mAh Battery

The handset will support 33W fast charging!


A couple of weeks ago, Realme unveiled the Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ handsets. The company is yet to launch the vanilla Realme 9 smartphone. We have already heard of the  Realme 9 5G, thanks to the FCC certification and a couple of leaks. However, the Realme 9 5G will not be the only handset with Realme 9 moniker. It seems like the company also has a Realme 9 4G as we have spotted it on several benchmark and certification websites.

The Realme 9 moniker is confirmed by the Thailand Telecom certification website. The certification listing reveals that the handset carries model number RMX3521. The handset with the same model number has also been spotted on FCC, NBTC, EEC, EMT, BIS, Camera FV-5 websites alongside. Realme 9 4G Will Feature 16MP Selfie Camera!

Realme 9 4G FCC listing reveals that the handset will be equipped with a 5,000mAh (typical) capacity battery with model number LP883. However, the rated capacity of the battery would be 4,880mAh. The listing further reveals that the upcoming Realme smartphone will support 33W fast charging. The same has also been confirmed by Element Materials Technology listing.

Additionally, Camera FV-5 listing confirms that the Realme 9 4G variant will feature a 48MP camera setup. The primary rear shooter of the handset will have a 1/4-inch sensor size, 73.7mm focal length, an f/1.78 aperture, and will support ISO in the 100-6400 range. The front camera, on the other hand, will be a 16MP sensor with 27.2mm focal length, an f/2.5 aperture, 1/3-inch sensor size, and will support ISO in the 100-1600 range.

Unfortunately, nothing else is known about the handset in terms of the specifications. However, we can expect it to appear on other certification websites in the coming days.
