Realme is gearing up to launch a new number series smartphone. After launching a 5G variant, Realme will launch the Realme 9 4G in India later this month. The device is set to debut on April 7 at the GT 2 series launch event. Realme has confirmed some of the key details around the device’s camera and back panel design. Some other details of the device like the processor have been kept under the wraps. However, a Geekbench listing has revealed the performance unit details of the upcoming Realme smartphone.

Realme 9 4G Geekbench

Realme 9 4G will launch as a new mid-range smartphone under Rs 20,000 in India. The device is confirmed to feature a 108MP Samsung HM6 sensor. Ahead of the launch, a Geekbench listing has revealed some key specifications of the 9 4G. The device has the model number RMX3521. According to the listing, the phone draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC. The octa-core processor has four cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four more cores clocked at 1.9GHz. It is paired with an Adreno 610 GPU.

The variant listed on Geekbench has 6GB of RAM. Realme might introduce 4GB/ 8GB RAM options for the phone. It is likely to offer 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. The listing further reveals that the phone scored 380 and 1569 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. Lastly, the phone runs Android 12 out of the box. It will have a layer of Realme UI 3.0 on top of Android.

It was previously confirmed that the phone will feature a triple-camera setup on the back with a Samsung ISOCELL HM6 108MP sensor. There is also an 8MP 120-degree ultrawide camera and a 4cm macro camera. Realme will launch the phone with a 90Hz AMOLED display with 1000 nits of peak brightness. It is likely to sport a hole-punch cutout at the top for the 16MP front camera. The phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Other details of the phone will be announced at the launch event on April 7.
