Realme 9i: Leaked Specifications
Several rumors in the past have claimed that the Realme 9i will be powered by a MediaTek Helio processor. However, the latest report suggests that the previous rumors aren’t accurate. The report further suggests that the upcoming Realme 9i will sport an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor under the hood. The Snapdragon 680G is one of the fastest 4G processors from Qualcomm right now and is fabbed on the 6nm LPP process.
The latest leak around the Realme 9i further suggests that the handset will feature a 90Hz refresh rate display with an FHD+ display resolution. Similar to Realme 8i, the Realme 9i will also get an LCD display. In terms of optics, the handset will offer a 50MP camera setup.
Last week, the renders of the upcoming handset were leaked on the web. The leaked renders revealed that the Realme 9i will feature a design language similar to that of the Realme GT Neo 2. The Realme 9i will feature a bezel-less display with a punch-hole notch. The handset will feature a triple rear camera setup and an LED flash housed inside a rectangular module. The Realme 9i is said to launch in Vietnam before the Lunar New Year.
The Realme 9 series might consist of four different models this time around – Realme 9i, Realme 9, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme 9 Pro+ (or Pro Max). The Realme 9i is said to launch in January, while the other devices will debut later due to the ongoing chip shortage. What are your expectations from the upcoming Realme 9 series handsets?
