Realme will be launching the Realme GT series smartphones in India on August 18th. The company is expected to release two Realme GT series models- the Realme GT 5G vanilla variant and the Realme GT Master Edition in the Indian market. Alongside these two handsets, Realme now has confirmed that it will also be launching the Realme Book (Slim) laptop in India on August 18. Realme had teased the Realme Book (Slim) on its official Twitter handle two days back.

The company CEO mentioned through a Tweet that the upcoming Realme Book (Slim) model will be game changer product. According to the leaked specifications, the Realme Book (Slim) will be featuring a 14-inch display that will have a 2160 × 1440 pixels resolution and a peak brightness of 300 nits. The laptop is also tipped to have a blue light certification. Powering the Realme Book (Slim) under the hood might be the Intel Core i5-1135G7 CPU. The laptop might come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB PCIe storage. Furthermore, it is also said that the Realme Book (Slim) will feature dual Harmon Kardon speakers, a triple microphone array, a backlit keyboard, and Windows precision drivers.
For connectivity purpose, the laptop might feature one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, two USB C 3.1 ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Additionally, the laptop is tipped to include a fingerprint sensor. The Realme Book (Slim) might be backed by a 54Whr battery which could offer 65W fast charging. The laptop might weigh at around 1.3kg. As for the pricing, the Realme Book (Slim) is tipped to retail for upwards of Rs. 55,000. Previously it was tipped that the Realme Book will be priced at under Rs 40,000. As the price of the Realme Book (Slim) is tipped to be upwards of Rs 55,000 it will be interesting to see as in what more specifications and features this model will offer compared to the base variant, considering earlier the Realme Book (Slim) model was said to be a toned-down variant of the Realme Book.
