Alongside the Realme 11 5G series, Realme has launched the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro TWS in the Chinese market. The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro is the successor of last year’s Realme Buds Air 3 Pro and is the company’s premium segment TWS. The Buds Air 5 Pro features dual drivers and offers up to 40dB of active noise cancellation.

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro feature support for LHDC codec and Hi-Res audio. It supports dual-device connection as well as pop-up pairing. Let us look closer at the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro’s price, specifications, and features.

Realme Buds Air 5 Pro: Price

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro is priced at RMB 499 (approx Rs 5910). It will be available for purchase starting May 31 in China. However, Realme Buds Air 5 Pro is up for pre-order in China.

Realme Buds Air 5 Pro: Specifications and Features

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro features a dual-driver setup with 11mm woofers and 6mm micro planar tweeters. In addition, it features support for active noise cancellation (ANC) that, per the company’s claims, can reduce noise by up to 50 dB.

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro also features a 40ms super low latency mode to help with gaming sessions. The latest TWS from Realme relies on Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. In addition, it supports SBC, AAC, and LDHC audio codecs. Realme has also equipped the Buds Air 5 Pro with Hi-Res audio support.

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro features a 6-mic design and AI ENC noise cancellation for calls. Similar to its predecessor, the Buds Air 5 Pro supports Dual device connection and can be used with two devices simultaneously. It also supports touch controls so users can control music playback and take/reject calls.

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro support pop-up pairing and can automatically connect with smartphones as soon as opened. In addition, users can use the Realme Link app to adjust the ANC mode and update firmware on their Realme Buds Air 5 Pro.

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro comes in two colour options – Sunrise City and Starry Night Black. It features an IPX5 rating which makes it water-resistant. It offers up to 40 hours of battery life (at 50% volume without ANC). The Earbuds can last for around 11 hours if used at 50% volume without ANC, as per the company.

The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro is equipped with a Type-C port and supports Dart fast charging. The earbuds take around 50 minutes to charge from 0 to 100 inside the case. However, it will take about 2 hours for the charging case and the earbuds.
