Realme has confirmed that its latest budget-centric smartphone, the Realme C17, will make its global debut on September 21. The smartphone has been leaked several times giving us a fair idea about its specifications and features. The phone is touted to feature a 90Hz refresh rate, which will be a first in Realme C-series. The handset might also come with a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Realme C17 will be introduced in Bangladesh on the said date.

The company has confirmed that the Realme C17 will make its global debut on September 20. The company will be holding a virtual event in Bangladesh at 12:00PM. The event will be live-streamed on the company’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel. The company has also teased some features of the Realme C17 including 90Hz refresh rate along with a ‘powerful performance and a stylish design’.
Realme C17 rumoured specifications and features
As per previously leaked information, the Realme C17 will come with quad-camera setup at the back panel along with a physical fingerprint sensor. There is a punch-hole design at the front panel and the phone will come with two colour options including Lake Green and Navy Blue.
The Realme C17 may feature a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixel) display. The screen will come with a 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 600nits brightness. The major highlight of the phone will be 90Hz refresh rate. The phone might feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor along with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the phone may come with a quad-camera setup with a combination of 13MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV, 2MP macro lens with 4cm focus distance and 2MP Black & White portrait lens. On the front, it could feature 8MP selfie shooter. The handset should run on Android 10 operating system with RealmeUI on top of it. It will get its power from 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
