Realme C17 and Multiple IOT Products Listed on Official Realme India Website, Expected to Launch Soon

Multiple Realme products including Realme C17 have appeared on the Realme India support website hinting towards imminent launch.

Realme launched the budget-centric Realme C17 a couple of weeks ago in Bangladesh. The company is gearing up to launch a plethora of new products including Realme 7i, Realme SLED TV, and more in the upcoming launch event on 7th October in India. Ahead of the October 7th launch event, we have now spotted Realme C17 and several other IoT products including Realme 10000mAh Power Bank 2i, Realme 20000mAh Power Bank 2, Realme Smart Bulb, Realme Smart Plus, Realme Smart Camera 360, Realme Watch S, and Realme Selfie Tripod on the Realme India support page. Though, it is not clear if these products will be launched in the upcoming October 7th launch event.

Realme, at IFA, had revealed its plans of launching Realme Watch S Pro, Realme Smart Bulb, Realme Smart Camera 360, Realme Buds Air Pro, and Realme Smart TV in the future. Realme has already confirmed that it is launching Realme 7 Pro Special Edition, Realme 7i, 55-inch Realme SLED TV, Realme Buds Air Pro, Realme Buds Wireless Pro in India on October 7th.

Realme C17 Specifications and Features

The Realme C17 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and 90Hz refresh rate, 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, 600nits peak brightness, and a punch-hole notch. Under-the-hood, it sports an entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC, while the graphic duties are handled by Adreno 610 GPU. Realme C17 packs up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage which can be further expanded with the help of the microSD card.

Coming to the optics, the Realme C17 features a quad-camera setup with a 13MP primary lens, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP B&W sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP shooter for selfies. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, that can be charged with a Micro-USB port.

A physical fingerprint sensor can be found on the rear panel and the smartphone also supports face unlock for security. Similar to every other Realme device, it runs on Android 10 based Realme UI 1.0. Some of the products that appeared on the Realme India support page are yet to pass through certification websites and not much is known about these products as of now. We can expect to learn more about these products close to the launch in the coming months.
