Realme has launched a new C-series phone in India. The Realme C21Y sits above the vanilla C21 launched earlier this year. It comes with a Unisoc processor under the hood. The phone is a budget offering under Rs 10,000. It goes against the likes of the Redmi 9 series, Poco C3, Micromax In 2b, etc. The C21Y packs a massive 5000 mAh battery under the hood. The Realme C21Y launched in India goes on sale starting August 30. It comes in two storage options with up to 4GB of RAM. The base 3GB + 32GB variant is priced at Rs 8,999. The 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage is priced at Rs 9,999. It comes in two colours – Cross Black and Cross Blue.

The C21Y features a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a tiny water-drop notch on top. It has a standard 60Hz refresh rate support and comes with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone has an 89.5 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood is a Unisoc T610 SoC. The 12nm chip is paired with a Mali G52 GPU. It comes with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.
The device has a triple-rear camera system. It has a 13MP primary camera, coupled with two 2MP sensors for depth and macro. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 5MP front camera.
