After launching the budget Realme C3 smartphone in India, Realme has launched the device with the same moniker in Thailand. The specifications of the Thailand variant of the device, however, are a bit different when compared with the one launched in India. Let’s have a look at the Realme C3 with triple rear camera setup, its price, specifications, and features.
Realme C3 with Triple Camera Setup: Price
The Realme C3 smartphone with a triple rear camera setup has been launched in Thailand as of now. The device is priced at 3,999 Baht, which roughly translates to somewhere around $130 for the 3GB/32GB model. The dual-camera variant of the Realme C3, which is launched in India, is priced at Rs 6,999 or around $98. The price of the triple rear camera variant of the Realme C3 is therefore, noticeably higher than the dual camera counterpart.
Realme C3: Specifications and Features
Starting things off with the most noteworthy feature, the new variant of the Realme C3 flaunts a triple rear camera setup – a 12MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens, which can take close-up images of objects from a distance of 4cm. The front camera of this variant of the Realme C3 is still a 5MP unit. Another thing worth noticing is the fact that the Realme C3 triple-camera variant features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, something which is missing out on the Indian variant of the device. The fingerprint scanner, as claimed by the company, can unlock the device in 0.27 seconds. The device is available in two color variants – Blazin Red and Frozen Blue.
The Realme C3 is being offered in three memory configurations – 2GB/32GB, 3GB/32GB, and 4GB/64GB. The internal storage has scope for further expansion with the help of an external SD card. One can expand the storage of the Realme C3 smartphone by up to 256GB. Speaking of the display of the device, the Realme C3 flaunts a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch at the top. Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio G70 chipset. In the software department, the Realme C3 runs on the latest Android 10 OS with the company’s in-house Realme UI baked on top of it.
Coming to the battery of the device, the Realme C3 is fueled with a big 5,000mAh battery. The big let-down here is the fact that there is no USB Type-C charging port and one would have to make do with a more conventional USB 2.0 charging port. Thankfully enough, there is still a 3.5mm headphone jack retained. Additionally, the Realme C3 can provide some juice to other devices courtesy of its reverse charging feature. As said, the device is already available in Thailand and will go on sale from February 20 via Lazada and Shopee. So far, the company has not said anything about the global launch of the triple camera variant of the device.
