Realme launched a budget friendly smartphone, C31 yesterday in Indonesia. The latest addition in the C series is now heading to India and the company has confirmed the launch date of the same. Realme has confirmed via its social media handles that the Realme C31 will launch on March 31 in India at 12:30 PM. The event will take place virtually and can be watched on the company’s Youtube channel.
Earlier this month, Realme had launched the C35 in India that featured a Unisoc processor under the hood and a triple camera setup on the back. The Realme C31 will be a successor of C21 and will come with a triple-camera setup and a beefy battery pack.

Realme C31: Specifications and Expected Price in India
The Realme C31 flaunts a 6.5-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It has a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera and thin bezels around the display, except for the slightly thick chin bezel.
The phone gets powered by an Unisoc T612 SoC under the hood that is paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The memory can be expanded via a microSD card. The device packs a 5000mAh battery under the hood and comes with support for 10W charging via a Type-C charging port.
The Realme C31 houses a rectangular triple camera module on its back. The phone has a 13MP main camera sensor that is accompanied by two 2MP sensors for depth and macro. For selfies and video calls, there is a 5MP front camera shooter.
The C31 runs Android 11-based Realme UI R edition out of the box. The phone can be unlocked via a side-mounted fingerprint scanner or face unlock. The phone weighs 197 grams and measures 164.7 × 76.1 × 8.4mm.
The Realme C31 is priced at IDR 1,599,000 (approx Rs 8,500) for the 3GB + 32GB and IDR 1,649,000 (approx Rs 8,700) for the 4GB + 64GB variant. We can expect the Realme C31 to be priced under Rs 10,000 in India.
