Realme C55 Officially Teased to Come in Sunshower Colour; Tipped to Launch on March 7

Realme has finally started teasing its upcoming C-series smartphone – the Realme C55. Realme Vice President took it to social media channels to share the first teaser for the upcoming Realme C55. The teaser image shared by the company executive showcases the smartphone in the Sunshower colour option. In another development, tipster Paras Guglani has claimed that the Realme C55 will make its global debut on March 7 in global markets.

The tipster further claims that the Realme C55 India launch is scheduled for a later date. Alongside, Guglani has also revealed some of the key specifications of the upcoming Realme C55. Let us take a closer look at the Realme C55 leaked specifications and what we know about the device.

Realme C55: Leaked Specifications

Paras claims that the Realme C55 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor. The upcoming C-seres smartphone is tipped to feature a 5000mAh battery unit with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The tipster further claims that the Realme C55 will offer a 64MP camera setup and will retail in up to 8GB + 256 configuration option.

The specifications revealed by the tipster Paras Guglani are in-line with the specifications that were earlier leaked through an unboxing video. However, the unboxing video gave us a more detailed look at the specifications as well as overall design.

To recall, the unboxing video revealed that the Realme C55 will sport a 90Hz LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution, and a centered punch hole notch. The display will measure 6.52 inches diagonally as revealed in unboxing video. The smartphone will offer Mini Capsule feature which will be activated while charging.

The Realme C55 will offer a dual-rear camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary shooter, a 2MP auxiliary sensor, and an LED flash. The selfies and video calls on the device will be taken care of by an 8MP front shooter. The upcoming C-series smartphone, as per the unboxing video, will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit. It will feature support for 33W SuperVOOC fast charging over a Type-C charging port.

The Realme C55 will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which will reside along the right edge of the device and will double as the power button. The handset will feature a flat edge design and will come pre-loaded with Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0. The upcoming C-series smartphone will also offer a dedicated microSD card slot.
