Realme GT 2 Pro Goes for First Sale Today at 12 Noon Via Flipkart: Price, Specifications

Realme recently launched its latest generation flagship – the Realme GT 2 Pro in the Indian market. The GT 2 Pro features the world’s first Bio-based smartphone design that is made up of a biopolymer material from SABIC. The all-new GT 2 Pro will go on sale for the first time today in the country. The all-new GT 2 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and is competing against the likes of the Moto Edge 30 Pro, OnePlus 9RT, and iQOO 9.

Other highlights of the GT 2 Pro include a 120Hz AMOLED display with a Quad HD+ resolution, a 50MP camera setup, and a 5000mAh battery. Similar to other Realme devices, the GT 2 Pro supports 65W SuperDart charging. The handset boots Realme UI 3.0, which is based on Android 12 and is promised to get three Android platform updates. Realme GT 2 Pro Price in India, Launch Offers, and Availability

The GT 2 Pro comes in two configurations – 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. The base variant of the device is priced at Rs 49,999, while the 12GB + 256GB variant of the GT 2 Pro costs Rs 57,999.

As a launch offer, Realme is providing a Rs 5,000 instant discount with HDFC Credit Card and Debit card transactions. Buyers will also have an option to avail Rs 5,000 instant discount with SBI Credit Cards. Additionally, the GT 2 Pro buyers can redeem a Realme Watch S (Black), worth Rs 5,000, as a freebie.

The Realme flagship will go on sale starting at 12:00 PM exclusively via Flipkart and Realme.com.

Realme GT 2 Pro Specifications and Features

The latest Realme flagship has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Quad HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1400nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Powering the GT 2 Pro is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor paired with Adreno 730 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS3.1 storage.

The GT 2 Pro comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, a 50MP Samsung Isocell JN1 sensor with ultra-wide-angle functionality and a 150° field of view. There is also a 2MP macro sensor with 40x zoom support. For selfies and video calls, the GT 2 Pro relies on a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor.

The Realme flagship is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit and 65W SuperDart fast charging support. It has a Type-C charging port, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a stereo speaker setup with Hi-res audio.

The GT 2 Pro comes in three colour options – Paper Green, Paper White, and Steel Black. It measures 163.2 × 74.7 × 8.2mm and weighs under 200grams.
