Realme GT 2 Pro India Launch Soon With Official Teaser Out, Shows Display with Punch-Hole Camera


Realme is currently gearing up to launch the Realme 9 Pro series in India next week. The company is all set to launch the Realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro Plus smartphones in India on February 16.

Ahead of the budget series launch, Realme’s VP, Madhav Sheth has shared a teaser on Twitter, which confirms the Indian launch of a new flagship phone launch. Realme GT 2 Pro To Launch In India Soon

Realme’s Vice-president and President of realme International Business Group, Madhav Sheth took Twitter to confirm the launch of GT 2 Pro in India earlier today. In a tweet, he said “The Galaxy is full of stars & we always look out for the brightest one. Shining bright as ever, our realme GT 2 Pro will feature the best flat display among all Android phones soon.”

The Realme GT 2 Pro was launched in China along with the vanilla Realme GT 2 back in January. After the launch in China, the device has been spotted on multiple certifications sites like NBTC, Google Play Console Listing, and BIS certification, which means the phone is now almost ready to launch in India as well as some other global markets. As said in the tweet, the GT 2 Pro features a flat AMOLED display and it is also Realme’s most expensive phone to date in the GT series.

Realme GT 2 Pro Specifications

The GT 2 Pro smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. The device sports a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of cameras, there is a 32MP selfie camera from the front. To the back, the features a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, a 50MP 150-degree ultrawide camera and a 2MP microscope camera sensor.

The GT 2 Pro draws power from the 5000mAh battery unit, which is backed by a 65W fast charger. It boots Android 12 out of the box with a layer of Realme UI 3.0 on top.
