Realme expanded its GT series lineup with the launch of the GT Neo 2 earlier this year. The smartphone was launched in India in October 2021 with a Snapdragon 870 SoC and a 64MP triple-camera setup. Realme is now reportedly gearing up for the launch of its next flagship smartphone. Dubbed GT 2 Pro, the premium Realme smartphone will launch as a successor of the Realme GT 5G, which is currently the company’s flagship offering for the Indian smartphone market. Ahead of the official launch confirmation, some key details of the device have leaked. Let’s take a look at the Realme GT 2 Pro price, specs and other details.

Realme GT 2 Pro price leaked

Realme has not yet confirmed the launch timeline of the GT 2 Pro. However, a new leak has revealed the specs and pricing details of the device. Tipster Digital Chat Station (via GizChina) claims that Realme’s next flagship will come with a starting price of CNY 4,000 (roughly Rs 46,000). The company is also said to launch a special variant of the device, which will launch at around CNY 5,000 (roughly Rs 58,000). Details about the special variant remain unknown.

The tipster claims that the flagship Realme smartphone will launch sometime early next year in China. The exact launch date remains unknown at the moment. Realme has not yet confirmed any launch details of the device. If the leak is legitimate, we can expect the device to launch in India soon after the Chinese launch.

As far as specs go, the GT 2 Pro is expected to sport a 6.51-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution. It is likely to offer a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 404PPI pixel density.

On the back, the phone could sport a triple-camera setup with a 108MP primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. There could also be a 5MP macro camera. For selfies, it is likely to feature a 32MP front camera. We can expect the device to draw power from a Snapdragon 888+ or even the Snapdragon 898 SoC rumoured to launch at the Qualcomm Summit on November 30.

Realme could offer the device in 8GB + 128GB at least. It is likely to run Android 12-based Realme 3.0 out of the box. The phone should support 65W fast charging for the 5000 mAh battery.
