Realme has expanded its GT series with the launch of two new smartphones. The GT Master and GT Master Edition Explorer are the company’s new offerings in the premium segment. Realme has partnered with Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukusawa for the GT Master series. The new GT Master is inspired by a suitcase design and includes 3D sculpted vegan leather. Both devices feature a 120Hz AMOLED display and support 65W fast charging. The two smartphones also feature a triple-camera setup on the back. Realme GT Master Edition series price

The GT Master Edition comes in two storage options – 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The base 128GB model is priced at CNY 2,399 (roughly Rs 28,000), whereas the 256GB variant is launched for CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs 29,950). 

The Explorer edition comes in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB options. The base 8GB variant is priced at CNYCNY 2,899 (roughly Rs 33,500), whereas the 12GB model is priced at CNY 3,199 (roughly Rs 37,000).


Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has hinted at the launch of the Realme GT Master series in India. The company’s India top chief did not reveal the exact launch date at the time of writing this.

Realme GT Master Edition specs

The GT Master Edition sports a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a Full HD+ resolution and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The display has 1000 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the phone draws power from a Snapdragon 778G SoC and is paired with 8GB of RAM. The phone comes with 256GB of internal memory and supports 65W fast charging for the 4,300 mAh battery.

On the back is a triple-camera setup. The phone has a 64MP primary camera. It also features an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, there is a 32MP front camera.

The device runs Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. It weighs 178grams and is 8mm thick. The phone comes in three colours – Suitcase Ash, Dawn, and Snow Mountain.

Realme GT Master Edition Explorer specs

The Explorer Edition features a 6.55-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a Full HD+ resolution and 1100 nits of peak brightness. The phone also offers a 92.1 per cent screen-to-body ratio.

Under the hood, the phone has a Snapdragon 870 SoC. It is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.

On the back is a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera. The triple-camera setup also features a 16MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, there is a 32MP front camera. It runs Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box.
