Realme is gearing up for the launch of a new premium phone. The company has confirmed the launch of the GT Neo 2 in China. Realme is yet to announce the official launch date of GT Neo 2 at the time of writing this. The company is expected to launch the device later this month or in early October. Once launched, the GT Neo 2 will succeed the original GT Neo launched earlier this year in China. Ahead of the launch, the device is listed on the Geekbench website. Realme GT Neo 2 has visited the Geekbench 4 website. The listing reveals some of the device’s key specifications ahead of the launch. The device listed on the benchmark website has the model number RMX3370. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC under the hood. The processor with a base clock speed of 2.42GHz is paired with Adreno 650 GPU. It also has a peak CPU clock speed of 3.19GHz.
The variant listed on Geekbench 4 has 12GB of RAM. We can expect Realme to launch an 8GB RAM variant of the phone. It runs Android 11 out of the box. As expected, it will have a layer of Realme UI 2.0 on top of the Android mobile operating system.
The listing also reveals the benchmark scores of the device. On Geekbench 4, the GT Neo 2 scored 4678 and 12690 in single-core and multi-core tests. The listing does not reveal any further details.
The phone recently visited the 3C website, which revealed that the device will have 65W fast charging support. Other specs of the phone have also been tipped. It will sport a 6.62-inch Full HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The display will have a hole-punch cutout and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
