Realme GT Neo 3 Specifications, Launch Timeline Leaked: To Feature Dimensity 8100 SoC, 120Hz Display, Launch in April

Realme recently confirmed the launch of the GT Neo 3 at the GT 2 series launch event. The company will unveil its next premium smartphone in Q2 of 2022. There is currently no official word on the launch date of the GT Neo 3. However, the company has confirmed some key specs of the phone. Before the official launch event, tipster Yogesh Brar has listed more specifications of the upcoming Realme smartphone under the GT series.

The tipster has leaked the camera specs of the phone along with the display, battery capacity and other details. Let’s take a look at the Realme GT Neo 3 specifications, features and other leaked information.

Realme GT Neo 3 Specifications

Realme GT Neo 3 will be the first smartphone from the brand under the GT 3 series. The phone is confirmed to launch in Q2 of 2022. Tipster Brar claims that the launch event will be hosted in April 2022. Neither the company nor Brar have leaked the official launch date yet. We are still a month away from the rumoured launch and the tipster has listed the spec sheet as well.

Realme has already confirmed that the GT Neo 3 will come with the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. The 5nm octa-core chip has four performance cores clocked at 2.85GHz and four low power cores at 2.75GHz. You can click here to check the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC features.

Realme has also confirmed that the Neo 3 will feature support for 150W fast charging support. The charging tech claims to charge 50 per cent of a 4500 mAh battery in five minutes. Realme did not dive into other details of the phone.

However, Brar has revealed that the phone will have a 6.7-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution. The AMOLED 10-bit panel will have a 120Hz refresh rate support and come with HDR10+ certification.

On the back, the phone will have a triple-camera setup. It will sport a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). The phone will also feature an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP tele-macro camera. For selfies, the phone will have a 16MP front camera. Realme will shift the hole-punch cutout to the top centre of the screen from the usual top left corner.
