Realme GT Neo 6 and GT Neo 6 Pro Listed in TENAA Ahead of Launch

The upcoming Realme GT Neo 6 and Neo 6 Pro smartphone has been listed in TENAA revealing the official images of the smartphones.

Realme announced the Realme GT 3 240W smartphone for the global markets at the MWC 2023 event. A recent report tipped that Realme might launch the smartphone in mid-June 2023 for the global markets. However, Realme is yet to launch the device for the global markets. Realme had rebranded the Chinese Realme GT Neo 5 240W for the global markets as Realme GT 3 240W. Recently, MySmartPrice exclusively revealed the first look at the upcoming Realme GT Neo 6 smartphone. A tipster recently tipped the specifications of the forthcoming GT Neo 6 and GT Neo 6 Pro smartphones. The smartphones have also been listed in TENAA, revealing the official images and model numbers.

Realme GT Neo 6 and GT Neo 6 Pro Tipped Specifications

The TENAA (Chinese Telecom Authority) listing reveals that the upcoming smartphones will bear the model number RMX3823 and RMX3820. These model numbers would belong to the Realme GT Neo 6 and GT Neo 6 Pro smartphones. The images revealed through the TENAA listing are similar to the renders shared exclusively by MySmartPrice. The images tell us that the smartphone will be equipped with a triple rear camera in a large camera layout. The power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right.

Digital Chat Station revealed that the upcoming smartphones will have a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The display will also have a refresh rate of 144Hz, similar to the previous GT Neo 5 smartphone. He also tipped that one of the upcoming smartphones will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Another tipster has revealed the GT Neo 6 Pro will be equipped with the flagship Snapdragon SoC.


The Pro variant will also be backed by a 4600 mAh battery with support for 240W fast charging tech. Realme had equipped a similar battery and fast charging tech to its predecessor Realme GT Neo 5. The company claims the GT Neo 5 smartphone can be charged from 0 to 100 in 9 minutes. The Qualcomm chipset will be paired with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Digital Chat Station hints that Realme would equip the device with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

He also adds that Realme would equip the device with a 50MP Sony IMX 890 primary rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) support. DCS hints that Realme might launch the Pro variant with a 150W fast-charging variant. The vanilla GT Neo 6 is tipped to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+, built on a 4nm process. The chipset is expected to pair with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The device will be backed by a large 5000 mAh battery which supports 100W fast charging tech.

Realme had launched another device in the GT Neo 5 series as Realme GT Neo 5 SE in China. The upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 Pro smartphone was also certified by many authorities. There is no information on the India launch of these smartphones. We might have to wait a bit longer to know if Realme might skip the GT Neo 5 series and launch the GT Neo 6 series in India.
