Realme introduced the Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone in China earlier this year in February. The company also launched the Realme GT Neo 5 SE model last month in China. Now, it appears the brand is prepping to introduce a new GT series smartphone, the Realme GT Neo 6, in the coming few months. Ahead of the official launch, the key specifications of an upcoming Realme phone are tipped by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo. While DCS hasn’t mentioned the name of the device, we suspect the leaked specifications to be of the Realme GT Neo 6 smartphone.
Realme GT Neo 6 Specifications Tipped
As per the leaked details, the upcoming Realme GT Neo 6 will boast a flat OLED display with very narrow bezels. The handset is tipped to feature a 1.5K+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 2160Hz PWM dimming support. The display size details of the device were not revealed by DCS. We can expect the Realme GT Neo 6 to offer the same 6.74-inch display as that of the Realme GT Neo 5.
Powering the smartphone under the hood there could be an overclocked version of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The handset might pack LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device is suspected to ship with a larger battery which could offer 100W fast charging support. Past reports suggest that the handset will feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS support. The device might sport a circular camera module like that of the Realme 11 Pro series smartphones.

Digital Chat Station revealed earlier that the handset will debut alongside the Realme 11 series. However, we now expect the phone to launch sometime in Q3 this year. We should get to learn more details about the handset if it arrives on a few certifications, and benchmark listing in the coming few weeks.

The device packs 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. As for the imaging purpose, the handset features a 64MP triple-camera setup and an 8MP selfie camera. For security purposes, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset packs a 5500mAh battery which offers 100W fast charging support.
