Realme GT Neo2 launch is confirmed for September 22. The company will unveil its new smartphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC in China. The device is also expected to launch later this year in India. Reports suggest that the GT Neo 2 India launch is slated for October 2021. Realme is yet to confirm the India launch date of the device. Meanwhile, some key details of the device’s China pricing have leaked. According to a listing spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma, the Realme GT Neo2 will launch in China at a starting price of CNY 2,499. Realme GT Neo2 pricing details leaked
Realme will launch the GT Neo2 in China on September 22. Ahead of the official launch, the device’s pricing details have leaked online. The listing reveals that Realme will launch the phone in three storage options. It will launch with a base 6GB + 128GB storage option, priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs 28,500). The device will also launch in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options, priced at CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs 30,750) and CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs 34,200).
It is confirmed to launch in Black Mint colour. The phone is also said to launch in a Blue colour option. Realme GT Neo 2 specifications have been confirmed as well. The phone will sport a 6.62-inch Full HD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED display. It will have a 120Hz refresh rate support and a hole-punch camera cutout for the 16MP front camera sensor.
On the back, there is a 64MP camera sensor, which will also house an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The phone will feature a Snapdragon 870 SoC under the hood. It will launch with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is also confirmed to pack a 5000 mAh battery with 65W fast charging. The device will have a diamond ice core cooling system, which is claimed to offer 50 per cent better heat dissipation than conventional gel.
