Realme has officially confirmed the Realme Narzo 50 series launch date for the Indian market. The Chinese smartphone maker will be launching its Narzo 50 series handsets in India on September 24. The upcoming Realme Narzo 50 series is supposed to include two devices namely – the Realme Narzo 50i and the Realme Narzo 50A. As per the details shared by Realme on its website, the upcoming Realme Narzo 50 series will come with Helio G85 SoC and a 6000mAh battery. The Narzo 50 series devices will feature a 50MP triple-camera setup. Alongside the Realme Narzo 50 lineup, Realme will be also launching the Realme Band 2 fitness tracker in India on September 24. The Realme Band 2 was launched by Realme in Malaysia a few days back for MYR 139 (around ₹2,500). The new features which the Realme Band 2 offer include are stress measurement and a SpO2 sensor to measure blood-oxygen levels.

Speaking about the Narzo 50A first, the specifications and renders of this upcoming smartphone were leaked in the past by 91Mobiles. The Realme Narzo 50A is supposed to feature a water-drop notch display and a triple-camera setup. The device is supposed to feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the handset is confirmed to pack Helio G85 SoC. We can expect the device to boot Android 11 out of the box. The smartphone’s rear camera module is supposed to include a 13MP primary main camera. On the front side, the handset might sport an 8MP selfie camera. The smartphone is tipped to launch in 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB storage configurations. The device might launch in Oxygen Green and Oxygen Blue colour options. Coming to the Realme Narzo 50i specifications, the handset is supposed to come in two RAM and storage configurations that include – 2GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage options. The device is expected to launch in Mint Green and Carbon Black colours.
As far as the specs of the Realme Band 2 go, it comes with a 1.4-inch touchscreen display that has 167 x 320 pixels resolution. The fitness tracker offers some similar features as that of the original Realme Band like heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, automatic step counter, water drink reminder, and sedentary reminder. The new feature which Realme has added in the Band 2 is the SpO2 sensor to measure blood-oxygen levels. The Realme Band 2 supports 90 sports modes and it offers up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge. The Realme is priced at MYR 139 (around ₹2,500) in Malaysia. We can expect this upcoming fitness tracker to retail under Rs 3,000 in the Indian market.
