Realme has launched its second smartphone in the Narzo N series in India. The company has launched the Narzo N53 as its new budget smartphone in India. The Narzo N53 sits below the Narzo N55 in India. It is the company’s new budget smartphone to take on some of the sub-Rs 10,000 smartphones out there in the market. The Realme Narzo N53 is claimed to be the company’s slimmest smartphone to date. It also packs a beefy battery under the hood.

Realme Narzo N53 Price in India and Specifications
The Realme Narzo N53 has been launched in India with two storage options. The base model of the phone offers 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. It is priced at Rs Rs 8,999. There is also a 6GB RAM variant of the phone with 128GB of storage, which is priced at Rs 10,999. The Narzo N53 has been launched in Feather Gold and Feather Black colour options. Interestingly, the company is giving Rs 500 off on the 4GB RAM variant and Rs 1,000 off on the 6GB RAM option
As part of launch offers, customers can get an instant discount of Rs 1,000 on HDFC cards on the purchase of the Narzo N53 via Amazon as a part of a special sale on May 22nd. The smartphone will go on official sale starting from May 24th via Realme e-store and Amazon.
In terms of hardware, the Narzo N53 has a tall 6.74-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen offers support for a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. There is a waterdrop notch at the top of the display for the front camera.
Under the hood, there is a Unisoc T612 SoC. The 12nm chipset is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device offers support for storage expansion of up to 2TB via a microSD card.
The phone has a dual-camera setup on the back. It has a 50MP main camera and a 2MP portrait lens. For selfies, the Narzo N53 has an 8MP front camera sensor. The device packs a beefy 5000mAh battery under the hood. It also supports 33W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The company has packed a 33W fast-charging adapter in the box. Realme claims that the proprietary tech can refill the battery from 0 to 100 per cent in 88 minutes.
