Realme is gearing up for the launch of its first tablet on September 9 in India. The company is also set to launch the Realme 8s, Realme 8i at the Realme Pad launch event. Ahead of the launch, Realme has started teasing the key specifications of its upcoming tablet. The latest teaser confirms the display size and resolution of the device. Realme’s new tablet will sport a 10.4-inch display. It will have an 82.5 per cent screen-to-body ratio with slightly thick bezels around the display. Other details of the tablet have leaked or been officially revealed as well. Let’s take a look at the Realme Pad specs, features and other details.

Realme Pad display specs 

Realme Pad will launch in India on September 9. Ahead of the launch of its first tablet, Realme has revealed some key display features. The upcoming Realme tablet will have a 26.31 cm/ 10.4-inch display. It will have slightly thick bezels around the display, resulting in an 82.5 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The display is also confirmed to have a WUXGA+ resolution of 2000 x 1200. It sits between the Full HD+ and 2K resolution. 

Realme has previously confirmed that its tablet will have a 6.9mm thickness. The teaser posts also reveal that the front camera is placed on the right edge when held vertically. This means that users can place the tablet horizontally during video calls and get a wider screen experience while viewing directly into the camera.

As far as leaked specs go, the tablet will draw power from a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. It could come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Realme is likely to offer an additional slot for the microSD card storage expansion. The tablet will have a single 8MP camera on the back with auto-focus. The front 8MP camera, on the other hand, will have a fixed focus.

The bottom edge of the tablet will have a small cutout for the smart stylus. It will also come with a USB Type-C port and a quad-speaker setup. Realme’s tablet is likely to pack a 7,100 mAh battery with fast charging support. It will come in WiFi-only/ LTE models and run Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box.
