The company has not confirmed its plans to launch the new budget tablet in India. While we wait for some official announcement, some key details of the phone have leaked online. Realme Pad Mini could launch as a new affordable tablet in India and other markets. The tablet’s design renders have leaked online. Tipster OnLeaks and SmartPrix have uploaded the device’s rear panel design, which reveals the camera module and other details.
As per the leaked design renders, the Realme tablet will sport a rectangular camera module. It will house a single 8MP camera sensor on the back. The rear panel has a silver colour with the Realme branding at the bottom right corner. The power and volume keys are on the left side of the device.
At the front, there will be an 8.7-inch display. Realme is likely to use a TFT or an IPS LCD for the budget tablet. The screen might come with slightly thicker bezels. The report reveals that the phone will have a 5MP front camera sensor as well.
The phone will draw power from a Unisoc T616 chipset, which is an entry-level processor. It will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Realme is expected to offer the option to expand the storage using a microSD card.
The phone will pack a 6400 mAh battery. It will come with support for 18W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. In terms of thickness, the Mini tablet from Realme is 7.6mm thin. Other details of the phone remain under the wraps. We will share more details once available.
