Realme Q2 To Launch In October, Might Feature OLED Display, Realme UI 2.0, and more

Realme Q2 has been tipped to launch on October 13. As per a tip by tipster Digital Chat Station, the company is expected to launch a new Realme Q-series smartphone in China next month, which is speculated to be none other than Realme Q2. The phone is said to be the first phone to come loaded with Realmi UI 2.0 out of the box. The tipster has also shared some key information about the Realme Q2 smartphone. So, let’s see the rumoured features, specifications, and more of the smartphone.

As per the tipster, the upcoming Reale smartphone will be a 5G device and will feature an OLED screen with a punch-hole design. The phone is said to come with 65W fast charging support and will be equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor. GizmoChina reports Realme Q2 is expected to be the RMX2173 smartphone that was spotted on Chinese certification website TENAA. The handset might come with a similar set of specifications as we have seen with Realme X7.

The listing revealed that the phone might come with a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone may feature a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, though the processor make is not known at the moment. The phone might come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, the phone could equip a quad-camera setup with a combination of 48MP primary lens, 8MP secondary shooter and a couple of 2MP sensors. For the front, there might e a 16MP front-facing camera. The Realme Q2 might come with 4,200mAh battery and it could support 65W fast charging solution. The phone is said to measure 160.9 x 74.4 x 8.1mm and weighs 175 grams. It may run on Android 11, which will be based on the Realme UI 2.0.
