Realme is planning to bring its next flagship device with 240W charging speed support under the Type-C standard this will make it the first smartphone brand that will offer this technology globally. Plus, the 240W charging architecture is likely to come with a low voltage charging solution. Besides, several report claims that smartphones with 240W fast charging technology will only take only 9 minutes of charging time.

Earlier, Realme launched 67W and 150W charging support in 2021 and 2022 with the Realme GT Neo 3, which takes 20 minutes of charging time from 0 to 100%. Meanwhile, the 240W fast charging capabilities are likely to debut with the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro smartphone that will e launch in February this year, while the standard version will have 150W fast charging.

Realme GT Neo 5 Expected Specifications: Details

The Realme GT Neo 5 Pro is likely to feature 240W fast charging, while Relame GT Neo 5 might have 150W fast charging. Plus, the high-end model is expected to have a 4,600mAh battery and the base variant will have a 5,000mAh battery inside. Besides, a previously leaked poster suggests that the Realme GT Neo 5 will have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and Sony IMX890 main camera sensor. The primary camera is likely to support optical image stabilization (OIS), according to some rumors.

Apart from that, the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display along with a 1.5K resolution and support for a 144Hz refresh rate. Plus, the screen is likely to support 2160Hz PWM Dimming, plastic frame, and RBG lighting, which usually comes with a gaming device. The successor of the Realme GT Neo 3 might have 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB in-house storage option. The smartphone will run Android 13 OS out of the box along with Realme UI on top.

The company has not made any official announcement or revealed the specifications of the phone. Therefore, these can be rumors but the device is expected to be launched in February this year. Meanwhile, the company is all set to launch the Realme 10 4G on January 9th, 2023. The device will be available on Flipkart and will have MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. Besides, the device will be powered by a 5000mAh battery, 50MP primary camera, and 90Hz Super AMOLED display.

The Realme 10 4G will also have a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB UFS2.2 storage. The device will run Android 12 OS, which will base Realme UI 3.0 skin out of the box. It will also have a 16MP camera on the front and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
