Realme has already confirmed the launch of Realme V25. The company is all set to launch the mid-range phone on March 3 in China. Ahead of the launch, the phone’s full specifications of the device were revealed on the TENAA website and in an exclusive, we revealed that the phone is also being tested under the OnePlus Banner and it might launch as OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite outside of china. Now, the Realme V25 has been spotted on the geekbench database.

The Realme V25 with RMX3475 model number has been spotted on Geekbench. The listing reveals that the device will run on Android 12 out of the box and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor with a base clock speed of 1.8GHz.
On the geekbench, the device has been listed with 12GB of RAM, however, we can also expect 6GB and 8GB variants as well. Further, the device has secured 687 in the single-core test and 2022 in the multi-core test.
Realme V25 Specifications
To the front, the Realme V25 will come with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD panel and a 120Hz screen refresh rate. It will be an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC built on a 6nm process with up to 2.2GHz clock speed and coupled with Adreno 619 GPU. In terms of memory, the phone is said to come with 6GB/ 8GB/ 12GB RAM options and 128GB/ 256GB of internal storage.
In the camera department, the handset features a 64MP main camera with an f/1.79 aperture, and two 2MP sensors, which will likely be depth and macro sensors. For selfies, the handset will feature a 16MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The phone will draw power from a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. It will run on Android 12 out of the box based on Realme UI 3.0 and will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
