The Realme X2 Pro will be the very first flagship coming out from the house of OPPO’s sub-brand Realme after its inception. The company has been extensively teasing the marquee features of the device on its official handles lately. And while we have been expecting the handset to launch this month itself, we don’t have an official confirmation. However, a Chinese handset reviewer has shared images of the alleged China launch date today.

As seen in the image, the Realme X2 Pro launch is on October 15th. The image also shows the venue and exact time of the launch event and this is not an invite but a picture of a wall, supposedly from the venue itself. Since the photo shared is from a Chinese reviewer, we expect it to be legit. There’s also another image of an umbrella with all the highlighted features of the upcoming phone.

The Realme X2 Pro will come with a Snapdragon 855+ CPU and a fast-charging of 50W which is among the highest in the industry, as per previous teasers. It will also rock Samsung’s latest 64MP sensor which is also on the Realme X2 consisting of a quad-camera setup. Previous official renders had mentioned a 20x hybrid zoom feature and a 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens as well on the device. Realme recently also teased dual stereo speakers for the device on one of its Twitter handles. A 90Hz refresh rate on an AMOLED panel will also be a big focus of the device making it a very interesting handset.

Realme has yet to confirm the launch date, but if this new information is legit as it looks to be, then the company could make a formal announcement anytime now. The Realme X2 Pro has also just passed India’s BIS certification with the model number RMX1931 and a debut here doesn’t look far either.
