Realme has provided a link in the tweet, which leads to a webpage. And it reveals that the event will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium situated in Pragati Nagar. More importantly, the webpage reveals that the ticket for the launch event costs INR 299.
What is interesting is that you get a lot of benefits for the INR 299 you pay to attend the launch event. According to the Realme webpage, people attending the launch event will get goodies worth INR 2,100 that includes Realme Power Bank, and an R-pass, with which, you can get INR 850 off on the purchase of the Realme X2 Pro.
