Voice over Wi-Fi, or VoWiFi as we know it, has become one of the talking terms in the smartphone community over the past couple of months. All the leading smartphone manufacturers are constantly rolling out new updates to their devices, which bring about the VoWiFi feature. Realme has now started pushing a new OTA update for the Realme X2 and the Realme 5i devices, which comes with support for Airtel and Jio VoWifi calling support in India. Let’s have a look at the changelog and the features which the latest update for the Realme X2 and the Realme 5i smartphones has in store for us.

Realme X2 and Realme 5i Now Support Airtel and Jio VoWiFi Calling Support in India

The OTA update for both the Realme 5i and the Realme X2 smartphones in India will require more than 2.5GB of data. We, therefore, would recommend our viewers to ensure a stable data connection, preferably an unmetered one, so as to avoid any interruption during the update process. Plus, it is always advisable to keep a backup of one’s sensitive and important data before hitting the update button. After all, it’s better safe than sorry, right?

Though the update has already started rolling out to the devices already, if you still have not received it, you can go to your device settings, find the “check for updates” menu, and download the latest update from there. If you still cannot find the update, you can do so by following this link.
