Realme is soon expected to announce some new smartphones in India soon and at least one of them will likely be featuring 60X zoom capabilities. The existence of the Realme X3 SuperZoom was confirmed a few days back by CEO Madhav Sheth via a tweet. It showed a picture of the Milky Way galaxy taken by the device at 60x zoom. This could very well point towards a periscope like a mechanism present in the device to digitally zoom to such high levels. Now a new leak has pointed that apart from the Realme X3 SuperZoom there will also be a Realme X3 smartphone and a Realme TV.
This piece of information has come from Mukul Sharma or as he is better known on Twitter, @stufflistings. He has shared a screenshot of the company’s official support page where both the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom have been listed along with Realme TV. This could definitely mean that all these products are going to be announced soon. It is quite possible that the TV will be announced at the Realme X3 event.
As per an earlier report, the Realme X3 SuperZoom had been spotted on the benchmarking website Geekbench. It showed that the device will be running on previous year’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC and will be supported by 12GB of RAM, and Android 10 operating system. Apart from that, the device had also made an appearance on Bluetooth certification website SIG where it was revealed that the phone will have dual-SIM, Wi-Fi ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, and NFC connectivity options.
If history is any indication we should see the launch of the Realme X3-series by the end of May or in early June. It will, however, be an online-only event given the stringent restrictions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
