Realme will soon launch the Realme X50 Pro 5G smartphone. Because of the coronavirus outbreak, the forthcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020 has been called off, but that has not stopped Realme from sticking to the launch timeline. The launch of the Realme X50 Pro, however, will now be an online event instead. The company has recently confirmed that the Realme X50 Pro 5G will feature up to 65W of fast charging. The Realme X50 Pro 5G will be the company’s first-ever device to make use of its latest 65W SuperDart Charge technology.
Realme X50 Pro will be the Company’s First to use the 65W SuperDart Charge
As seen in the promotional poster (posted by Realme Europe and later by Realme China on Weibo), the Realme X50 Pro 5G is now confirmed to sport 65W SuperDart charging. The promotional poster further reveals some of the design aesthetics of the device – we can see a USB Type-C charging port, the speaker grille, the secondary microphone, and the SIM tray at the bottom of the device.
As far as the specifications of the device go, the Realme X50 Pro 5G will be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G chipset, which will be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For now, we are unclear whether or not the Realme X50 Pro will feature an option to expand the storage. Moving on to the display of the device, the Realme X50 Pro 5G is confirmed to feature a dual punch-hole display with Full HD+ resolution. The resolutions of the cameras are unclear as of now, but the earlier rumors suggest that there will be a quad-camera setup at the rear with 64MP primary camera, an ultrawide sensor, a telephoto camera, and a macro lens. For OS, the Realme X50 Pro 5G will run on the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s in-house Realme UI baked on top.
For now, this is all we know about the Realme X50 Pro 5G, but we are sure to receive more intel on the same in the coming days.
