A little while ago, Realme launched its first-ever 5G smartphone in China, dubbed the Realme X50. The device marked the company’s presence in the 5G realm. However, the company is still to unleash the full potential in terms of processing, as it has still not utilized the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset in any of its devices. Well, as it turns out, that won’t stay to be the case for too long now. A leaked image showcasing the AnTuTu score of an unreleased Realme smartphone hints at the same.
Realme’s Upcoming Smartphone With Snapdragon 865 Chipset Beats the Xiaomi Mi 10 Smartphone in AnTuTu Scores
As seen in the leaked image, the 574,985 AnTuTu score that the aforementioned Realme device (with the model number Realme RMX2071) has achieved is the highest score ever on this platform, and it easily beats the previous best (560,217) score of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10 smartphone. While the AnTuTu scores don’t necessarily mean that the actual performance has to be the same, we can simply not take anything away from the device and the score it has accomplished. Sadly enough, the AnTuTu listing does not reveal much about the device, but if the recent rumors have to be believed, this could allegedly be the Realme X50 5G smartphone. Furthermore, the rumors mill is predicting the device to feature a single punch-hole camera located in the top left corner of the screen.
As far as the launch date of the device is concerned, the upcoming Realme device could very well be unveiled during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020 that is slated for February. Just in case you are unaware, Realme has a 5G launch event scheduled for Monday, February 24, at 10 AM CEST during the MWC 2020, and the company’s upcoming flagship could be the highlight of its presentation during the event. For now, this is all we know about the device, but we can expect to hear more about the same in the coming days.
