Xiaomi has launched a new budget Redmi smartphone. The company has unveiled the Redmi 10A Sport as its new budget smartphone under Rs 11,000 in India. The Redmi 10A Sport packs 6GB of RAM. It is essentially the Redmi 9A Sport with 6GB of RAM. The phone sports the same design and specifications but offers more RAM and storage at a slightly higher price.

The 10A Sport comes in three colours. Since it is a budget offering, the phone has a polycarbonate back panel. It sports a dewdrop notch at the top for the front camera. Let’s take a look at the Redmi 10A Sport price in India, specifications and other details.

Redmi 10A Sport Price in India and Specifications 

Redmi 10A Sport comes to India in a single 6GB RAM option. The phone offers 128GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 10,999. It comes in three storage options – Charcoal Black, Sea Blue and Slate Grey. The device is already available on sale via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, etc.

In terms of specifications, the 10A Sport packs the same specs as the 9A Sport. Only the design of the phone has been changed to match the Redmi 10A.

The phone has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The display has a peak brightness of 400 nits and a 20:9 aspect ratio. There is a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera.

On the back, the phone has a huge square-shaped module for the rear camera. The phone has a single 13MP main camera and an LED flash inside the module. There are two dummy cutouts that might make the phone look like a triple-camera setup. The square module also houses a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the 10A Sport has a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC. The phone packs a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support. Lastly, the phone runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box.
