Redmi A2 64GB Variant to Go on Sale Starting June 20 in India

Xiaomi’s Redmi, last month, launched the Redmi A2 series smartphones in the Indian market. The A2 series consists of two models – the Redmi A2 and the Redmi A2+. The Redmi A2, the cheaper of the duo, was announced in three configurations – 2GB + 32GB, 2GB + 64GB, and 4GB + 64GB. However, so far, the company has been selling only 2GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants of the handset in the country.

Xiaomi has now announced that the Redmi A2 2GB + 64GB configuration variant will soon be available for purchase in India. As per the announcement, the Redmi A2 2GB + 64GB variant sale will commence on July 20 in the country. The brand took to social media channels to make a formal announcement for the same. To those unaware, the entry-level Redmi A2 features a premium leather texture finish and boots Android 13 (Go Edition). The smartphone comes pre-loaded with MIUI Dialer. Xiaomi is also offering 2 years of warranty on the Redmi A2. However, the extended warranty is applicable for purchases made until July 31.
