Xiaomi is reportedly working on launching two new smartphones in the near future – Redmi K30 Pro and the upcoming Mi Mix phone. So far, we have little information surrounding the specifications and features of both the devices. Now, as it turns out, we might have a working clue as to what we can expect from the Redmi K30 Pro and the latest Mi Mix device. A new leak has popped up on the internet which gives us some key details about both the devices. Let’s have a look.
Redmi K30 Pro Could Use a Lifting Camera, Upcoming Mi Mix device Might Use a Small Aperture Display
Both the leaks have come up courtesy of the Chinese leakster who goes by the name Digital Chat Station. Though not confirmed, the leakster has had a pretty decent track record when it comes to providing credible leaks.
Starting off with the Redmi K30 Pro smartphone, the leak suggests that the Redmi K30 Pro could allegedly ditch the current punch-hole camera setup found on the likes of the Redmi K30 smartphone and opt for a pop-up camera mechanism instead. The source has further mentioned that the device is likely to be ‘Redmi’s new flagship’ and the model number ‘the model may be K30 Pro’, so we can expect at least some device under the Redmi branding to feature flagship-level specifications and a pop-up camera in the times to come.

Shifting the focus to the upcoming Mi Mix smartphone, the source claims that the upcoming device might feature a small aperture screen. The display is tipped to feature a QHD resolution and the refresh rate is likely going all the way up to 120Hz.
