Xiaomi launched the Redmi K50 series earlier this month with the launch of the Redmi K50 Gaming. The company is expected to announce many new smartphones under the K50 series in China. One of the upcoming smartphones is the Redmi K50 Pro. There is currently no word on the Redmi K50 series launch event for the Pro model.

While we wait for the official launch details, a new leak has revealed the official design of the K50 Pro. Tipster OnLeaks has uploaded the design renders of the upcoming Redmi flagship smartphone. Let’s take a look at the Redmi K50 Pro design renders, specifications and other details.

Redmi K50 Pro launch date remains unknown at the moment. Ahead of the official launch, the device’s design images have leaked online. The report by Zouton AE reveals that the K50 Pro will have a dual-step camera module design. The device has a triple-camera setup. The camera sensors are placed in a triangular setup. Below the camera sensors is an LED flash module. Currently, there is no word on the camera sensor details. The report claims that Redmi will launch the device with a 64MP camera sensor. However, rumours suggest that the Pro model might feature a 108MP or a 50MP camera sensor on the back. We can also expect the phone to come with an ultrawide and a telephoto camera sensor.

The rear panel has curved edges and comes with the Redmi branding at the bottom left corner. At the front, the phone has a 6.6-inch display. The screen has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. Unlike many flagship smartphones, the K50 Pro has a flat display.

It measures 163.2 x 76.2 x 8.7mm. As per previous reports, the Redmi K50 Pro will sport a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, there will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. There have been reports that the device might come with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC.

The phone will have a 4700 mAh battery. It will come with support for 120W fast charging out of the box. The Redmi smartphone is expected to boot Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box. Other details of the device remain unknown. We will share more details as and when available.
