Its been almost a year since Xiaomi’s Redmi unveiled the Note 9 Pro lineup in India. The company is now gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 10 lineup in the country. A couple of days back MySmartPrice brought you exclusive information about the RAM and storage variants of the upcoming Redmi Note 10, and Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphones. Now, the upcoming Redmi Note 10 has paid a visit to the BIS certification website hinting that the launch is just around the corner. Let us have a look at the details revealed via BIS certification,

Upcoming Redmi Note 10 passes through BIS certification!

The upcoming Redmi Note 10 smartphone appeared on BIS certification with model number M2101K7AI as can be seen in the tweet. Earlier, Redmi Note 10 Pro with model number M2101K6I had surfaced on BIS certification. Both these smartphones are believed to be 4G devices as FCC listing didn’t have a mention of 5G bands.


FCC listing had earlier revealed that the Note 10 Pro smartphone will come in 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB memory-storage configuration, which is in line with the recent leak. While the vanilla Redmi Note 10 will retail in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+64GB memory-storage configuration.

FCC documents had also revealed that the upcoming Redmi Note smartphone will run MIUI 12 out of the box, which might be based on Android 11. Redmi Note 10 series devices are rumored to sport an IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. A recent report by 91mobiles had revealed that Redmi Note 10 series devices will be priced aggressively in India. Xiaomi plans to price these phones aggressively to take on offerings from the brands like Realme, and POCO.
