Redmi Note 10T 5G Confirmed to Launch in India on July 20, Becoming Redmi’s First 5G Phone in India

Xiaomi‘s Redmi has been teasing a smartphone launch for a week now in the country. Today, the company has finally revealed that the upcoming Note series handset will be the Redmi Note 10T 5G. It is scheduled to launch on July 20th in India. The upcoming Redmi Note 10T 5G will be the first-ever 5G-enabled handset in the country from the company. The handset is already confirmed to be an exclusive, and will probably go on sale for the first time during the upcoming Prime Days sale. The teaser image reveals the look of the upcoming Redmi Note series handset. The upcoming Note 10T 5G will offer a triple-rear camera setup along with an LED flash. The camera module on the handset resides on the top left corner similar to all other Redmi Note 10 series handsets. The teaser image also reveals a tiny punch-hole notch on the display.

To those unaware, the Redmi Note 10T was announced last month in Russia. It is nothing but a rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G, or POCO M3 Pro 5G. This will be the 5th Redmi Note 10 series device to launch in the country. The Redmi Note 10T 5G will also be the first Redmi Note 10 series handset in India to come with an LCD display. All other Redmi Note 10 series devices – Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10S, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max offer an AMOLED display.

Other specifications of the handset include an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, a 5000mAh battery unit with 18W fast charging support. The handset packs a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Moving on to the optics, the Redmi Note 10T offers a 48MP triple-rear camera setup including a 2MP depth, and a 2MP macro sensor along with an LED flash. For selfies, it offers an 8MP shooter.
