
Xiaomi has added another model to its Redmi Note 11 series in India, and the latest is the Redmi Note 11 SE. This new phone is actually a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10S that came out last year. Redmi continues to offer products in the 4G and 5G segment, giving buyers the choice between the two based on their respective needs and budget.

The Redmi Note 11SE has launched in India with a single RAM and storage option. The 6GB+64GB variant is priced at Rs 13,499.
Redmi Note 11S prices start from Rs 16,499 for the 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage option. You also have the 6GB RAM and 128GB variant that comes for Rs 17,499. And the highest model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs 18,499.
Redmi Note 10S base variant is now available for Rs 12,999, and the 6GB + 128GB model comes for Rs 14,999. The 8GB + 128GB variant can be bought for Rs 16,499.

Redmi Note 11 SE looks similar to the Redmi Note 11 phones in the past year. The camera module at the back looks busy, carrying the sensors and the LED flash. The build quality is premium, even though it is made of plastic but with a textured touch added to it. The punch-hole cutout is at the top-centre.
The Redmi Note 11S also has a familiar look and feel to the other Redmi Note phones mentioned here, The front panel has a punch-hole cutout housing the selfie camera, and a quad camera setup at the back.
Since the Redmi Note 11 SE is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10S, both the devices feature a similar design language. The chassis and camera module design are the same. The design has worked quite well for Xiaomi and Redmi Note 10S continues with the same language.

Redmi Note 11SE gets a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display panel that offers Full HD+ resolution at a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1100 nits.
The Redmi Note 11S also comes with a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. Compared to the Redmi Note 11 SE, the screen supports a 90Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 colour gamut, and up to 1,000 peak brightness.
Redmi Note 10s sports a 6.43-inch display with an AMOLED panel as well and you get the screen with 60Hz refresh rate and 1100 nits of peak brightness.

Redmi Note 11 SE is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 processor, which comes paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which means the space is expandable. Redmi Note 11SE still comes with the MIUI 12.5 version which is based on Android 11 operating system.
The Redmi Note 11S is powered by the MediaTek Helio G96 SoC and you get this model with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 1TB. The Redmi Note 11S also runs on MIUI 13, which is based on the Android 11 operating system.
Redmi Note 10S is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 chipset, paired with 4GB and 6GB RAM and storage up to 128GB. This device from Redmi also runs on the Android 11-based MIUI version out of the box.

Redmi Note 11SE features a quad-rear camera setup that consists of 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 13MP selfie shooter on the front.
Redmi Note 11S features a primary 108MP sensor, along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 118-degree FoV, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro shooter. The device offers a 16MP sensor at the front for selfies and video calling.

Redmi Note 11 SE vs Redmi Note 11S vs Redmi Note 10S: Verdict
Redmi Note 11 SE is essentially just another rebadged version of the older Redmi Note device. You can keep both the phones together and would be hard-pressed to find any difference between them.
The notable exception is the Redmi Note 11S which comes with a better 108MP primary camera, and a 90Hz refresh rate screen, while most of the other features are similar. Get either of these phones based on how much you want to spend.
