Redmi Note 11 Series Set to Get More Smartphones on March 29, Confirms Company

Xiaomi, back in January, unveiled four smartphones under the Redmi Note 11 lineup in the global market. However, it seems like the company is not done with the Redmi Note 11 devices yet. Now, Xiaomi has announced that a new Redmi Note 11 series handset will launch on March 29th in the global markets. The brand took to social media channels to make a formal announcement for the same. The brand says that the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series handset will be the most powerful Redmi Note to date. As per certifications and leaks, the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series handset could be the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G (Chinese variant).

A social media post by Xiaomiui also confirms the same and adds that the handset is being sold already in some markets ahead of the official launch. To those unaware, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+, codenamed pisarropro, was launched back in October in China. The same handset is called the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in the Indian market.

The Note 11 Pro+ offers a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1200nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the handset sports an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor coupled with a Mali G68 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

The Note 11 Pro+ packs a triple-rear camera setup including a 108MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP telemacro lens. For selfies and video calls, it has a 16MP shooter. It comes equipped with a 4500mAh battery unit and supports 120W HyperChrage fast charging.

The Note 11 Pro+ boots Android 11. It offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5m audio jack, and a stereo speaker setup tuned by JBL.
